LG's standard order processing time is 7-10 business days. Once processed, shipping from the Ft. Worth distribution facility takes 3-7 business days. |
Repair Procedure for all Commercial Products |
The first action is to call 888-865-3026. A case number will be assigned and repair service dispatched. It is important to be as precise as possible with the symptom and location of the unit. If the unit is mounted, it must be removed from its wall mount prior to service. Service dispatch with a local Authorized Service Center will be arranged. |
Concealed Damage (Sales) |
Product that is damaged but unseen from the outside of the carton, Contact IT Pros. Concealed damaged must be reported within 30 days of date received. Visible damage should be refused and not accepted at time of delivery. |
DOA Policy (Sales) |
Out of box DOA are now eligible for exchange within 30 days of date received. After 30 days, (no exceptions) it is to be called into LG’s Product Support Line at 888-865-3026 to schedule for repair. |
Return Authorization Procedure (Sales) |
LG will issue an Return Authorization to be issued to the location of the defective product. A replacement will be shipped once the IT Pros has signed off on the RA authorizing sales to send out a replacement. |
