Sales Tax

Shipping locations

IT Pros will ship products to commercial locations only. IT Pros will ship products to commercial locations only. All orders will have shipping added to the invoice.

Shipping time

Once the order is processed, shipping from the Ft. Worth distribution facility takes 3-7 business days.

Repair Procedure for all Commercial Products

The first action is to call the manufacturer. A case number will be assigned and repair service dispatched. It is important to be as precise as possible with the symptom and location of the unit. If the unit is mounted, it must be removed from the wall mount prior to service. The manufacturer will arrange service with a local Authorized Service Center.

Concealed Damage (Sales)

Product that is damaged but unseen from the outside of the carton, Contact IT Pros. Concealed damaged must be reported within 30 days of date received. Visible damage should be refused and not accepted at time of delivery.

DOA Policy (Sales)

Out of box DOA are now eligible for exchange within 30 days of date received. After 30 days, all DOA's are to be handled as a repair (no exceptions).

Return Authorization Procedure (Sales)

Manufacturers will issue a Return Authorization to the location of the defective product. A replacement will be shipped once IT Pros has approved the RA. Defectiive units are to be returned with in 15 days of RA issue. Non-returned items will be charged to the end-user.

Return Policy (Sales)

Flatpanelman.com and IT Pros does not accept returns of working merchandise.
